AppleInsider reports that a healthy Steve Jobs will be on stage at the company's Let's Rock special event on Tuesday in San Francisco (1pm EST) to personally unveil an expected iPod refresh and perhaps number of other products.

"While some investors are concerned that Jobs will not deliver the keynote, we have reason to believe he will," said Gene Munster, analyst, Piper Jaffray. "Therefore, we believe his health has improved since the June event, which would be a positive for the stock."

Shannon Cross, an analyst at Cross Research, said Wall Street analysts and investors will also be looking for an update on how many of its iPhone 3G smart phones it has sold.

And, yes, we're all expecting tall, thin iPod nanos and likely a refreshed (a la the 3G iPhone) iPod touch. It's also believed that Apple could bolster its HD video offerings at the event.
