December 27th 2007
Financial Times reports on O2 CEO Matthew Key's visit to 1 Infinite Loop last week and briefing of His Steveness.
Here's the skinny on what's in the write up:

-- Gartner thinks 400,000 will be sold by then
• A 3G iPhone is due next year; Key's confident O2 will have it
• iPhone is profitable for O2 despite Apple's beefy revenue cut
• iPhone customers like data, w/ 60% using over 25MB / month
-- 1.8% of "regular" O2 customers use more than 25MB / month
• About 60% of iPhone users are new to O2
Early in December, IGM reported that Apple may sell up to 500K iPhones in the euro zone this quarter.
