MacUser UK reports that Apple has finally detailed (Knowledge Base article) the changes it made in late-September's MobileMe update.

Here're the bullet points that can be gleaned from their write up:

Improvements to localization, signup process

Mail fixes included improved log-in performance, junk mail filtering, and when accessing from Windows using IE 7.

Added a loading graphic to indicate that messages are still being loaded to replace the previous a blank page; fixed problems w/ Reply All, keyboard shortcuts and adding contacts.

In Calendar Apple improved performance w/ recurring events, w/ handling of large numbers of To Dos, and when using Firefox 3

Contacts also saw better IE 7 support and improved reliability, as well as regaining the ability to export vCards.

Gallery users saw improved iPhone or iPod touch access, a fix for buttons not displaying in Firefox 3 and correct updating of edited photo information.

Addressed a number of general account issues

I've glossed over quite a bit, so be sure to check the details.

Editor's note: MobileMe complaints have all but disappeared. Has Apple addressed the issues you experienced?
