MacBook Pro 'sold out'

A posting on Digg from "clunder" points to a MacBook Pro product page at Best Buy and the Apple's top-of-the-line is sold out, out-of-stock.
Some of the MacBook Pros are on backorder and the 15" MacBook Pro is Sold Out. I have been watching the MacBook Pros on bestbuy.com for over a month and I have never seen it say Sold Out before. Then again it could just be a glich in the web site.
The MacBook Pro still shows ships within 24 hours on the Apple Store.
On February 4, IGM reported that Best Buy's internal inventory system showed that three new MacBook Pro SKUs were due to arrive on Feb 10--that was a couple days ago.
Aside from the fact, that tomorrow isn't Tuesday, can you think of any reason Apple won't launch refreshed product? Well that didn't happen...
