Mossberg: 'iPhone is simply beautiful' [updated 23:41]
June 26th 2007
Walt Mosberg (video link) has just published a review of Apple's iPhone and, although the device isn't without flaws, the Wall Street Journal technology columnist is effusive in his praise.
Here's a taste:
The Apple phone combines intelligent voice calling, and a full-blown iPod, with a beautiful new interface for music and video playback. It offers the best Web browser we have seen on a smart phone, and robust email software. And it synchronizes easily and well with both Windows and Macintosh computers using Apple's iTunes software.
It has to be said that Walt has a soft spot for Apple products. Nevertheless, his influence is such that today's glowing iPhone review could sway many.
Praise o' plenty
