Camino 1.5 coming this week


MacUser UK (registration required) reports that Camino 1.5 will be released later this week. The first major revision since v1.0 in Feb '06, this update will offer these new features:

• Spelling check with suggestions,
• Single window mode
• Flash and plug-in blocking
• Session saving
• Ability to store a list of active tabs and windows on quit;
• RSS feed detection; and
• Externally storable user profiles

The current shipping version of Camino is v1.0.4, which is available for download here (14.4MB).

Editor's note: I had been a big fan of Camino, but I moved on when new releases failed to appear...
