Firefox 2 RC2 released


Mozilla Foundation has released what is likely to be the last milestone build of their (potentially) world-beating open-source browser. Firefox 2 RC2 is said to offer the following:

• A visual refresh
• Built-in phishing protection
• Enhanced search capabilities
• Improved tabbed browsing
• Resumable browsing sessions

For those of you keeping score at home, that's the same list of new features the open-source group has been schlepping for some weeks now.
