'One more thing:' 2GHz G5 announced

Last Thursday's leak of the specifications for its new G5 PowerMacs was neither a hack nor brilliant -- merely a mistake, according to reports of Steve Jobs' WWDC keynote address:

Here are the salient details:
o "world's fastest personal computer"
o 64 and 32-bit native application suport
o 1GHz front-side bus (FSB)
o 2GHz processor speed, full SMP
o Two floating-point processors, massively parallel, 12-unit core (up to)
o 8X AGP (GeForce 5200, low-end; Radeon 9600, high-end)
o Up to 8GB memory
o Up to 8Gbps system bandwidth
o the G5 PowerMac enclosure may be similar to the linked image IGM listed last week
o Case is mesh front and back for better circulation/heat management
o Three models will ship in August --
... Dual 2.0GHz, 512MB of RAM, 150GB ($2999)
... 1.6 GHz 256MB RAM, 80 GB hard drive ($1999)
... 1.8 GHz 512MB RAM, 160 GB ($2399)
o A Phil Schiller shows the G5 to up to twice as fast as the fastest Intel P4 (the essence of a dog-n-pony show)
