The Kanex ATV Pro is a missing piece if you're looking to utilize AirPlay with a projector. Older and less expensive projectors don't have HDMI or DVI, so a conversion needs to be made for VGA from the Apple TV's HDMI connector. The ATV Pro also provides analog audio to connect to speakers.
