AT&T cuts iPhone refurb prices

AT&T Wireless is perhaps sitting on a few more refurbished iPhones they would like to be. Thereupon, the company's online store is listing all three refurbished models with additional discounts:
☞ 8GB 3G iPhone--$99 (149)
☞ White 16GB 3G iPhone--$199 (249)
☞ Black 16GB 3G iPhone--$199 (249)
Each of the above represents a $50 price reduction off regular refurb prices. However, you will need to purchase by Dec 31 to take advantage of these deals.
Yes, these are locked handsets that require a two-year contract.
Editor's note: Lower priced refurbs, $10 off at Best Buy and, finally, Wal-Mart comes to market at $2 under the suggested retail price. Of course, it bears repeating that the first two offers end with the year.
Well, not exactly the end of pricing as we know it, but any movement is certainly better than none...
