Apple announces lineup for WWDC


Now in its 31st year, WWDC20 will be the biggest WWDC to date, bringing together the global Apple developer community of more than 23 million in an unprecedented, virtual way, from June 22 to 26. Apple today shared the WWDC20 lineup, including keynote and Platforms State of the Union timing, and information on how developers can learn about the future of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS, and engage with Apple engineers.

The developer conference will kick off with a keynote presentation on June 22 at 10 AM Pacific Time WWDC is traditionally headlined by an opening keynote from CEO Tim Cook and Apple's leadership. The keynote is expected to outline details of major new capabilities for its platforms.

Other events detailed is Platforms State of the Union on 6/22 and over 100 engineering sessions on 6/23. Also announced are developer labs during the week. Apple also announced a new developer forum is launching 6/28.

This year's WWDC will be entirely virtual. The keynote address will be streamed to via the web on Apple.com, Apple TV app, YouTube, Apple's developer app.
