Tuesday Apple announced its expanding iTunes radio service to Australia. The service is available similar to the US as free with ads or ad-free with an iTunes Match subscription. iTunes Match is available for AU$34.99 a year. Apple says the service offers 100 stations in addition to a selection of music from the iTunes Store.
The rollout of iTunes Radio seems to mirror its original launch. That is, slow and likely hampered by complex licensing agreements.
