MacRumors reports that Apple is now marking AppStore rejection letters with an NDA warning:

THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS MESSAGE IS UNDER NON-DISCLOSURE

It's more than likely that all developer communications with Apple are and have been covered by NDA from the very beginning. From Apple's perspective, the above is probably just a more forceful / obvious restatement of the status quo.

Whatever the case, it's just the latest example of how far out of step Apple is with its developers...
