Apple is running a special promotion for .Mac members whereby they can purchase iLife ’08 for $30 off list.

Aside from the discount, Apple's selling point is .Mac's Web Gallery. Here's the spin:

.Mac Web Gallery is the fastest way to share photos and movies directly from iLife '08. Just select a photo, event, or movie—then click Web Gallery and the rest is automatic. Friends can view albums and videos, download print-quality photos, and even add shots of their own.

When ordering, .Mac subscribers need to enter offer code MMK8SDGE79. This offer ends May 26.

Also, don't forget Apple's Buy a Mac. Save on .Mac promo:

Buy any ... and you can get a one-year individual .Mac membership for only $69.95 or a one-year .Mac Family Pack for just $149.95—a $30 savings.

"Buy a Mac. Save on .Mac" ends July 22.

Only $69.98 - Apple iLife '08—Available at MacMall; The #1 Apple Direct Reseller

That code doesn't work on Apple's site. Just tried it, it said it was invalid. Tried copying it and just typing, perhaps a typo here in the article?
That's nice, but the number provided doesn't work Posted by Guest Poster #2 on 05/12/08 1:47 AM

Nope, no error. Are you a .Mac subscriber?

I have a .Mac account and am signed in. It still says "Please enter a valid promotion code."

Will it work for the Family Pack of iLife 08 as well?
That iLife promo code Posted by Guest Poster #7 on 05/12/08 11:04 PM

Yes, I believe it does. Give the discount code a shot...
