OS X 10.5.3: Closer to the mark


The last time IGM reported on OS X 10.5.3 (9D22), Apple had added 15 new fixes and that release reportedly arrived with "no known issues."

AppleInsider has a short write up on the latest seed, OS X 10.5.3 [9D27].

Quoting unnamed testers, they state that this release fixes just nine bugs and the the total number of issues addressed to date now numbers 215. Some of the latest tweaks target server certificates, printer plugins, Directory Server, and Apple File Server.

For its part, Mac Rumors reports that this latest seed comes to market with "no known issues," though anecdotal reports indicate there are stability issues.

Previously, IGM reported that OS X 10.5.3 weighs in excess of 500MB.

I'm doing just fine with OS X 10.5.2 on my 1.42GHz mini, but there are quite a few experiencing issues...
