Within about a day of the release of the iPhone SDK beta, the self-styled iPhone Dev Team announced they'd successfully cracked and taken control of the device.
Well, on Thursday, Apple released the iPhone SDK beta 2.
Guess what? iPhone Dev Team again trumpeted their PWNing prowess about a day later.

Gizmodo reports iPhone Dev Team has demonstrated a completely unlocked iPhone running all applications.
[queue maniacal laughter]
"Apple will not really be able to patch it this time," they said in a communique.
Editor's note: Perhaps iPhone Dev Team should consider a new name? Perhaps "Symbionese iPWN Liberation Front" and "iPWN Brigades" both have a nice ring. Maybe "iPWN Revolutionary Council"...
