Safari 3.1 in the wings

MacRumors reports that Apple's preparing a Safari dot update that incorporates much of what's good in the latest version of WebKit.
New features are said to include: HTML5 audio and video tags, HTML5 SQL storage API, getElementsByClassName, Downloadable fonts and CSS Transforms and CSS Animations
Also, the mothership has posted its second seed of OS X 10.5.2 in as many days. 9C31 arrives, like most recent builds, with "no known issues."
