The new version features window buffer compression, internet version checking, localized readmes, full error coding, minor bug fixes, minor interface improvements and more. Aladdin has announced that DragStrip for Mac OS X is shipping. This latest iteration, v4.0, features a tabbed floating palette that users can use to quickly access and store files and applications. Also new is an assistant for configuring new strips, as well as support for visual skins. DragStrip sells for US$20.

Address Office is a practical multiplatform telephone and address program that allows users to quickly and easily manage addresses, phone numbers, URLs, AIM, ICQ and Email addresses. Address Office features quick searching and password-protected data, ground-up Internet integration with the Internet that allows users to connect with Web pages and send e-mail. Address Office can import and export addresses to/from the principal Email clients, Word processors and Excel. This application is freeware and can be downloaded here.
