NetNewsWire 2 adds 'Podcasting'


Ranchero has released NewNewWire 2b10, a milestone release that features support for RSS enclosures or as its popularly known, "Podcasting." Additional changes in this release are said to include:

• Atom parser, persistence, Rendezvous sharing and crashing bug fixes
• Yahoo News search feeds (feature)
• A downloads window ("")
• Support for Atom linkblogs ("")
• Smart list enhancements, etc.

Editor's note: What I want (and only that), when I want it... The world fragments into ever more finely into individually customizable bits. This is beginning to look and sound like a digital "tower of babble."

Yes, I am an active and eager participate in this fragmentation, but it's hard to imagine at this point just how all of this will lead to a better world.
