I'm particularly a fan of Reeder on iOS, but I still use it on OS X enough to upgrade to the latest version. Since Google Reader died a while back I've been using self-hosted Fever and Reeder is good native client for Fever and other services. Reeder can also directly subscribe to rss feeds if you're not interested in a solution to sync between devices.
