HighPoint announces USB 3.1 PCIe card

Owners of older Mac Pros and Hackintoshes should find HighPoints USB 3.1 upgrade card interesting. The RocketU 1322A is a PCIe card supporting up to 10 Gb/sec. That suggests the RocketU 1322A uses the faster Gen 2 specs.

The RocketU 1322A is requires a 4x PCIe slot and is compatible with OS X, Linux, and Windows. The card houses two external USB Type-A connectors and is backwards compatible with USB 3.0 and 2.0.
