OmniOutliner 4 for Mac released

By

OmniGroup announced a major update to itís outlining productivity tool OmniOutliner:

Youíll see a new, modern sidebar. When coupled with the cleaner inspectors, styles are much easier to use. Itís the same system we added to OmniOutliner 2 for iPad ó easier to understand and a breeze to get the look you want. Not great with color schemes and Big Font Decisions? Itís easy with Theme Styling, ó just head to Format→Apply Template Theme, and choose something that looks good. (You can do this with any existing document that has a style you like ó OmniOutliner will apply its color, size, and font.)

And the most requested feature, text zooming, has come to the Mac! Quickly increase your text sizes (without worrying about changing your print or page settings) to easily see or share your on-screen outline.

OmniOutliner is pretty great for dealing with organized information. As the name suggests, itís basically a turbocharged system for dealing with outlines. You can organize information in hierarchical lists, but rather than just making a big list of bullets in Word, for example, OmniOutlier removes a lot of the burden of managing the information. This lets you focus more on the content and making that content actionable.

OmniOutliner is available for $49.99 with a Pro version with additional features for $99.99. A free trial is available, as is upgrade pricing.
