The Grip is a hardshell polycarbonate case with a wrap around cover for the new iPad. The case is made out of plastic and has grips to better holding. The cover features on/off functions similar to Apple's Smart Cover and also has a built-in kickstand to hold the iPad up against the cover for stand typing and viewing. The liner of the case and cover is made out of micro suede to help protect the surface of the iPad from scratches.
