Griffin updates three iPhone/iPod accessories for the car

Company adds universal support to accessories, in addition to handsfree smartphone calling. WIth the announcement, the company detailed new features on two window mounts and an update to its iTrip Auto product.
The window mounts not only fit the iPhone 4, but will do so when the iPhone is in a case. In addition to the iPhone, the mounts support phones from Sony, Samsung, BlackBerry, HTC, LC, Motorola, and Palm. Also supported is the iPod Touch and Classic, and the Microsoft Zune. The WindowSeat Handsfree includes a microphone for phone calls and an auxiliary audio jack for your car stereo. The mount attaches to your vehicle with a suction cup or adhesive pad and offers a thumb release for quick device removal. The WindowSeat AUX is the same as the HandsFree but lacks the microphone. The WindowSeat HandsFree sells for $39.99, and the AUX is $29.99.
Also updated is the company's iTrip Auto HandsFree. The device includes an iTrip FM transmitter for tuning to your car's radio. The kit now offers a handsfree mic with control button, in addition to a car AC adapter for charging your device. The power charger is a USB port, so any device utilizing a USB cable can pull a charge. The iTrip Auto HandsFree retails for $59.99 and is compatible with the iPhone and other phones from Microsoft, Samsng, BlackBerry, HTC, LG, Motorola, and Palm.
