iPod touch. The funnest iPod ever

How progressive can anyplace be without the iPhone or Apple Stores?

The state's belated move into the early 21st Century was facilitated by AT&T's purchase of Unicel's assets, such as they were, in Vermont in 2008. Further, 10 legacy Unicel retail stores and their workers around the state have been getting up to speed and will be ready to serve all your iPhone needs from the 15th.

iPhone 3G will be available for $199 for the 8GB model and $299 for the 16GB model to all legacy Unicel customers (+$36 activation fee) and any AT&T customers eligible for upgrade pricing (+ $18 fee upgrade fee).

AT&T coverage in Vermont is beyond terrible... about the only decent area is around Burlington! Other major towns and roadways have a few spots where AT&T customers even get texts!
Majority of Vermont will still not be iPhone friendly Posted by Vermont MacDaddy on 01/09/09 11:39 PM

But isn't every carrier's Vermont coverage really sucky on account of all the hills and mountains?

you do realize they are taking over unicel's towers right?
