Snowden claims FBI is lying to the courts

"The FBI says Apple has the 'exclusive technical means'" to unlock the phone, Snowden said during a discussion at Common Cause's Blueprint for Democracy conference.
"Respectfully, that's bullshit," he said, over a video link from Moscow.
Snowden addressed the issue further on Twitter suggesting there are other means to gain access to the phone, referencing a blog post from the American Civil Liberties Union. Also, the government had a opportunity to obtain contents of the phone prior to resetting the account password for iCloud backup.
